← Back to AI Accelerator

AI Discovery helped you understand where you are starting from and what to change. AI Accelerator is the 6 weeks in which that work gets done: your teams make the changes; we show what to change and check it has worked. AI Confidence then brings oversight as you advance.

01What changes.

Visibility and reach

Content that AI can reach and read correctly extending the organisation’s visibility and AI reach.

Your teams make the agreed changes on the primary website, and we show them exactly where and why. They come to understand which website, network and AI settings let AI in, and which shut it out. Secure Tag marks your content as official, so AI can tell it apart from copies, and the PDFs that matter most are converted into pages AI can read.

Exposure

Directors and officers can show the business has acted on what it now knows.

In the week 1 workshop, directors and officers see where they are exposed and where the liability sits. In week 2, the people who publish your content see what went wrong and why, so they do not repeat it. From then on the business has a process it can point to and action it can show, and that is what brings the exposure down.

02What AI Accelerator is.

AI Accelerator is the 6-week programme that acts on the decisions AI Discovery has already made.

It starts from what AI Discovery helped you understand: where you are, and what has to be done. Its job is to get the work moving, with the first changes made, each with an owner, and written down. What remains is completed over the following 3 to 6 months, with AI Confidence watching your digital landscape.

03Who takes part.

AI Accelerator follows AI Discovery, and needs your people available to make the agreed changes.

Week 1

Directors and officers (D&O) and stakeholders, up to 12 people.

Week 2

Internal staff, content teams, editors and the agency, up to 24 people, with different morning and afternoon groups.

04How it runs: the 6 weeks.

The first 2 weeks bring leadership and the publishing teams into the work, and the remaining 4 put the agreed changes into effect.

  1. Week 1
Workshop for directors and officers and stakeholders, 3.5 hours: where they are exposed and where the liability sits, the changes the business is making, and the process that shows it has acted.
  2. Week 2
Full-day workshop for internal staff, content teams, editors and the agency. The 3.5-hour morning covers what has gone wrong, where misinformation starts, and the web, network and AI permissions that let AI in or turn it away.
The afternoon acts on the agreed changes: quick wins made in the room, owners agreed for the continuing corrections, and Secure Tag covered ahead of deployment.
  3. Week 3
Your teams work through the agreed corrections, and your technical team begins deploying Secure Tag with our support. In the £24,000 option, landscape mapping starts.
  4. Week 4
Secure Tag goes live on the primary website before the end of the week. Corrections continue. We find and convert the PDFs ready for the week 5 walkthrough.
  5. Week 5
Working with you, we walk through the discovered and priority PDFs, agreeing corrections or micro-adjustments to the primary PDFs. Prioritised PDF content is converted into machine-readable HTML.
  6. Week 6
We assess the primary website’s closing position and present it to the business against the AI Discovery findings: what has been acted on, and what remains.

Each week there is an audit and a review of 1 to 1.5 hours: what has changed, checked against the findings, and what comes next.

05What the organisation receives.

Changes made on your primary website, and a record of them.

The agreed changes

Made by your teams; we provide the detail, against the agreed quick wins.

Secure Tag

PDFs

The weekly review

The records

Landscape mapping

06The outcome.

On leaving AI Accelerator

Week 6 shows what has moved and what remains. The rest is completed over the following 3 to 6 months, with AI Confidence watching your digital landscape.
