02Why the convergence reaches what AI reads.
The same convergence runs through an organisation’s public information. What it publishes is what AI systems read, and what they read is what they repeat, to customers, regulators, insurers and counsel alike. Governance of AI therefore starts with understanding what AI can reach and how it interprets it.
That understanding bridges the gap between what an organisation knows of itself and what AI sees of it. For the privacy, security and risk professionals in the room, it provides a factual, outside-in position to govern from: the information AI draws on, the routes it uses, and where the published record no longer reflects the organisation.
