Know where AI creates exposure,
and keep the record of what was done.

Answers given about the organisation by machines are now acted on by buyers, investors and regulators. Seeing where those answers depart from what the organisation stands behind, with an independent record each month, lets you report the position to the board and show what was known and what followed.

01What we offer.

Gap Analysis

Where AI’s picture departs from the organisation’s own, and the exposure it creates for the organisation and its directors and officers.

AI Accelerator

A process the business can point to, and a record of what has changed.

AI Confidence

An independent monthly report: what AI is saying, how misinformation exposure has moved, and what has been corrected.

AI Governance (optional)

Published content read against the standards you set, the owner alerted when it drifts, and a record of what was found, who was told and what followed.

02Why.

The organisation’s own online position is the root cause of 79% of misinformation or misrepresentation.

The measure

Misinformation or misrepresentation with the organisation’s own online position as its root cause.

AAAnow Research, Dec. 2023 to Jan. 2026; P&C (human misinformation) 2014 to 2023.

What AI repeats becomes the organisation’s answer: withdrawn guidance, superseded figures, a retired claim. People act on it, and where the legal conditions are met, claims against the company or its directors can follow.

Few organisations could show their position if asked. Among 950 business leaders, 78% lack strong confidence that they could pass an independent audit of AI governance within 90 days, and 1 in 5 has a tested response plan for an AI incident, hallucinations and harmful outputs included. An independent monthly record of what AI is saying about the organisation, and what was done, is the evidence that audit asks for.

Could the organisation show its position?

Grant Thornton, 2026 AI Impact Survey; 950 business leaders, Feb. to Mar. 2026.

03Why now.

Businesses now rank AI errors, misinformation and hallucination as their leading risk, ahead of legal and reputational exposure. Boards are advised to expect investors, regulators, plaintiffs’ firms and insurers to ask what the company knew, who was responsible and what the board oversaw, and insurers are showing growing interest in AI governance evidence within D&O underwriting, so the record matters at renewal.

04Why us.

We bring 25 years of unbiased, outside-in view of organisations online. The reading comes from outside, independent of the teams who publish, so the record stands apart from those it reports on. Each monthly report becomes part of that record.

05How do you buy.

It begins with a private briefing, by invitation and at no charge. For qualifying organisations, an AI position report follows, written for the board, then walked through with you. The work starts with the Gap Analysis. Each service has a defined scope and a published investment, the same for each organisation, fixed by the Statement of Work.

06What next.

Next step

Request your briefing, by invitation.

Choose what it should answer first: whether the organisation is fit for AI visibility, whether its directors and officers are exposed, or both.
