01One organisation, one view.
AI reads the whole of what an organisation has published, at once, and forms a single account of it. The board needs the same whole view: where the organisation stands, what AI is drawing on, and what that means for the people who answer for it. Today that understanding sits in parts, held by the roles below, each seeing the share closest to its own work. Bringing those parts into 1 view is where AI Readiness begins, and it is what lets the board answer with confidence rather than assurance.
02The hidden cost of hidden content.
What AI draws on is not only the current site. Old product and pricing pages, retired microsites and articles by former staff are read alongside the pages the organisation stands behind, and treated as current. Research among 550 senior executives of billion-dollar-plus companies puts a figure on it: executives estimate that 5.9% of annual revenue is affected by poor, unclear or outdated content, an average of $658.6m per company, while spend on fixing it averages $4.8m a year. Extended across the 6,138 billion-dollar-plus companies in the 5 markets studied, the annual burden is $4.63tn, larger than Japan's forecast GDP for 2026. Figure 1 shows how that total divides by country.
The same research finds 67% of executives saying poor content quality or structure is reducing their visibility in search and AI-driven discovery. Content that was once too deep in the rankings to matter is now within reach of the systems buyers, investors and regulators ask. Knowing what AI can reach, across the whole estate, is the first part of the view the board needs.
03Where each role stands.
Each role sees the organisation from where it works, and each carries a share of the answer AI gives about it. The challenge differs by role; so does the value of seeing the whole.
Know where the organisation stands with AI before further investment, and answer the board with evidence.
AI is describing your organisation to buyers, investors and regulators now, and executives put the revenue affected by outdated or unclear content at 5.9% a year. FT Longitude and Storyblok, Content Debt, 2026; 550 senior executives. We give the board 1 view of where it stands and what to put right first.
Confidence to decide, misinformation exposure reduced, and your own exposure as a director understood and on record.
Know where your published content misleads AI, and have it put right before your assistants repeat it.
PDFs shape AI’s answers long after their information is current, and AI reads them through titles, headings and structure that were made for a reader, not a machine. Our PDF automation finds and catalogues them across your sites, prioritises by value and use, and converts the ones selected into pages AI reads correctly; the Secure Tag makes that content verifiably the organisation’s own.
Assistants that answer from content the organisation stands behind.
Know which pages are speaking for you, and put your team’s effort where it counts most.
PDFs accumulate across the organisation’s sites and those of its partners and agents, each read by AI as current. Our PDF automation finds and catalogues them, sets the order by content value, use and position on site, and converts the selected ones to HTML; the Secure Tag ties your official content to its verified owner and to the order of remediation.
Your team’s effort on the content that shapes the answer.
Make the organisation’s content verifiably its own, deployed securely and at scale.
Nearly half of executives say their systems and workflows make it hard to respond to change, and the PDFs and documents AI reads live in the systems you run. FT Longitude and Storyblok, Content Debt, 2026; 550 senior executives. Our PDF automation and the Secure Tag deploy within a fixed scope, with security inherent throughout and the tag’s security published for your review.
Official content AI can verify as yours, deployed by us, secured throughout.
Know where AI creates exposure, and keep an independent record of what was done.
What AI repeats becomes the organisation’s answer, and where it is wrong and the legal conditions are met, claims against the company or its directors can follow. We show where AI’s picture departs from the organisation’s own, and report each month what AI is saying, how exposure has moved and what has been corrected.
Exposure located, reduced, and on record for the board.
04Where the roles meet.
Each role arrives with its own question. They meet at the same 2: is the organisation fit for AI visibility, and what does that mean? Are its directors and officers becoming increasingly, and unnecessarily, exposed as AI grows? The briefing answers both, with the roles in the same room and the organisation seen as 1.
