AI Accelerator.

AI Accelerator ensures organisations have the solid foundations for AI by understanding the information infrastructure and the content environment their AI activity depends upon, then turning that understanding into practical action.

AI already forms its view of the organisation from far more than the website you manage. Over 45 days, AI Accelerator establishes the information foundations behind that view: the primary website put into practical focus, the wider Digital Landscape mapped and benchmarked, and current and planned AI projects connected to the information they depend upon.

01Why now

AI has become increasingly important to competitiveness, productivity and future growth. At the same time, organisations are dealing with governance and compliance demands, misinformation concerns, difficult AI programmes and growing pressure to demonstrate meaningful value from AI investment.

Considerable focus so far has been inside → out. Organisations have focused on AI tools, internal programmes, governance, models, regulation and implementation. Far less attention has been given to the outside → in position, including what AI can actually find, access, interpret and use when forming its understanding of the organisation.

That matters because the organisation's preferred information is only part of the environment available to AI. Corporate websites sit alongside PDFs, historic content, campaign sites, partner information, third-party sources and material published elsewhere across the Digital Landscape.

The evidence reinforces why that wider view deserves attention.

85%External

Where AI reads about you

85% of brand mentions within commercial AI discovery research came from external domains.

The organisation's preferred information is only part of the environment available to AI.

57%Leading risk

The risk leaders already see

57% of respondents identified AI errors, misinformation and hallucinations as the leading perceived AI adoption risk.

The concern is no longer whether AI will speak about the organisation, but whether it will speak accurately.

Gallagher, AI Adoption and Risk Benchmarking survey, 2026.

Until now, organisations have not had the technology to examine that outside → in position at scale. AI Accelerator brings that view into the organisation.

02Why this is needed

The organisation's preferred information is only part of the environment available to AI. Corporate websites sit alongside PDFs, historic content, campaign sites, partner information, third-party sources and material published elsewhere across the Digital Landscape.

Historic websites, old PDFs, superseded pages, campaign content and forgotten publishing routes continue to accumulate as Digital Debt. That content can remain available long after its original business purpose has passed, becoming part of the wider information environment AI may encounter.

Left unexamined, that environment is a risk: outdated, inaccurate or third-party material competes with authoritative organisational information, and what AI reads is what it repeats. The foundations deserve to be established before further AI investment is layered on top of them.

03Before, where majority are

AI activity is under way, governance and compliance demands are growing, and the outside → in position, what AI can actually find and repeat about the organisation, remains largely unexamined. The programme begins by establishing that position: the primary website assessed in detail, and the wider Digital Landscape brought into view.

04During, the 45 days

Organisation-wide education through the established Half-Day and Full-Day Workshops, detailed work around the primary website, continued Digital Landscape mapping, AI-project dependency mapping, client-led improvement and weekly review. Priorities are addressed during the programme, rather than reported afterwards.

05After, what you keep

The organisation finishes holding positions it did not hold on Day 1: an improved primary website position, a benchmarked Digital Landscape position, a structured view of current AI projects, organisation-wide understanding of AI Readiness and clearer priorities for AI acceleration.

The programme is opened section by section, with the full detail of what you get, on AI Accelerator, the detail.

06Why us

AAAnow brings 25 years of unbiased, outside → in assessment of organisations, through the group that includes Sitemorse. The outside → in view is not an adaptation of an internal tool; it is what the capability was built to do.

That capability operates at scale: 24 Digital Doorway agents examining AI access routes, and 187 AI Readiness agents performing up to 360,000 content reviews and checks, with the position measured and reported on the AI Readiness Maturity Scale™.

The working principle holds throughout: AAAnow does not make changes to the client website. The client makes agreed improvements with AAAnow guidance, so the understanding and the capability stay inside the organisation.

07Top 10 questions

What is AI Accelerator?

A 45-day programme that establishes the information foundations for AI: organisation-wide education, detailed work around the primary website, Digital Landscape mapping, AI-project dependency mapping, client-led improvement and weekly review.

What does it examine?

The primary website in detail, the wider Digital Landscape with a top-level benchmark across up to 100 key organisational websites, and the information current and planned AI projects depend upon.

Do you change our website?

No. AAAnow does not make changes to the client website. The client makes agreed improvements with AAAnow guidance, examined at the weekly reviews.

Who needs to be involved?

Executives, senior management and digital leadership, brought into the work through the established Half-Day and Full-Day Workshops. AI Readiness cannot remain understood by one technical or digital team alone.

How is our position measured?

AI Readiness is assessed across Foundations, Governance and Visibility, with the position measured and reported on the AI Readiness Maturity Scale™.

What is the investment?

£24,500 for the 45-day programme.

What do we hold at the end?

An improved primary website position, a benchmarked Digital Landscape position, a structured view of current AI projects, organisation-wide understanding and clearer priorities for AI acceleration.

Is this a report?

No. The value is not another collection of reports: priorities are addressed during the 45 days, rather than finishing with an assessment that only describes where the organisation started.

What about deliberate misinformation?

The programme considers where inaccurate, deliberately misleading or malicious information, including content poisoning, could influence the wider content environment. The objective is mitigation rather than an unrealistic promise of absolute control.

What follows the 45 days?

AI Confidence takes what has been learned and applies it across the wider Digital Landscape, extending content review and laying the foundations for content governance.
