AI will act on whatever your published estate tells it, accurate or not. The Full-Day takes leadership from that outside-in view to a working map of the digital landscape and a prioritised plan, agreed in the room, before the next AI investment is committed on unexamined foundations.
01Why organisations do this now
AI is becoming central to how organisations compete, improve productivity, serve customers, and make decisions. Organisations that cannot deploy AI effectively risk losing ground, yet moving quickly without strong information foundations can create unreliable outputs, stalled projects, and investment that fails to produce the expected value.
Leadership teams are also dealing with growing governance and compliance demands while AI initiatives continue to multiply. They need to understand what information AI can access, what it may misunderstand, and which current projects depend upon content spread across websites, PDFs, sub-sites, project environments, and other digital locations.
02What the full day changes
A shared executive view
Build a shared executive understanding of outside-in AI Readiness, information accuracy, misinformation exposure, and why these foundations directly affect current and planned AI investment.
The real landscape
Start mapping the organisation’s real digital landscape, bringing together knowledge of websites, sub-sites, publishing areas, project environments, and other locations where organisational information may already exist.
AI dependencies
Catalogue current and planned AI initiatives that depend upon information held online or within PDFs, exposing where weak information foundations could delay delivery, reduce confidence, or waste investment.
The AI Readiness position
Establish a top-level AI Readiness position for the agreed principal website, reported through the AI Readiness Maturity Scale™, together with a top-level AI Misinformation Exposure position.
The Digital Doorway
Receive a Digital Doorway summary showing where relevant AI access routes can reach important organisational information and where limitations may require further attention.
Client-selected modules
Use the second session for client-selected modules, concentrating additional working time on the priorities carrying the greatest organisational value.
03What the organisation takes away
Executive knowledge summary
A concise executive knowledge summary connecting AI Readiness, information accuracy, misinformation exposure, governance pressures, and the organisation’s current AI activity.
An evidence-based position
A top-level AI Readiness and AI Misinformation Exposure position for the agreed principal website, giving leadership an evidence-based starting point for further action.
Digital Doorway summary
A Digital Doorway summary giving leadership an early view of how effectively relevant AI routes can reach the organisation’s important information.
Landscape map, plus 45 days
An initial organisation-specific landscape map created during the workshop, followed by 45 days of unlimited landscape mapping so internal teams can continue extending and validating that view.
AI initiative catalogue
A catalogue of current and planned AI initiatives that depend upon information held online, within PDFs, or across related organisational sources, together with the dependencies identified during the session.
Module outputs
The agreed outputs from the client-selected modules, consolidated with practical next actions and the organisation-specific work completed throughout the day.
04Built to create action, not another AI briefing
The first 3.5 hours use the same action-led foundation as the Half-Day Workshop. Participants learn, map, challenge, prioritise, and create organisation-specific outputs rather than spending the day listening to presentations. The second session then concentrates on the modules selected by the client, allowing the organisation to turn shared understanding into focused work on the areas that matter most.
Investment: £5,900 for the complete Full-Day Workshop service, including preparation, full-day facilitation, agreed client-selected modules, AI Readiness and misinformation position summaries, a Digital Doorway summary, follow-up outputs, and 45 days of unlimited landscape mapping.
