AAAnow, 25 years of innovation

About us

We believe AI is the defining opportunity of a generation, and we believe its advantage belongs to everybody. Understanding is what makes that advantage real.

By bridging the gap between what an organisation understands of itself and what AI sees of it, we ensure what AI sees is appropriate at all times.

What this makes possible

For corporates, the AI Readiness Maturity Scale™ evidences reality. Acting on findings, competitiveness strengthened and AI exposure mitigated, executives are confident in their AI Readiness.

For governments, growth is the mandate. SMEs, the powerhouses of a nation, drive it. The NEET answer: education at scale, built from our understanding, backed by government and member agencies, creating the resource that serves SMEs and supports corporates. Individuals leave with employment skills, confidence, and a purpose: the people who fuel that growth.

In summary

AI now stands between an organisation and the people forming a view of it: reading, weighing, and answering on its behalf. It draws on the whole digital landscape, the current and the forgotten alike. 2 pictures of the same organisation now exist: the one it holds of itself, and the one AI assembles for the world. The gap between them is where reputation, revenue and risk now sit.

The gap is already measured. 58% of consumers now use AI when researching a purchase, and a growing share never open a search engine at all. Around 4 in 5 stay inside the answer without clicking through. The answer they meet is built from other voices: 85% of brand mentions in AI search come from third-party content, not the brand's own words. In industry benchmarking, 57% name AI errors and misinformation as the top concern threatening AI adoption, and our own research traces the root: 79% of AI misinformation arises from organisations' own content. For most people asking, AI's answer is the only version of the organisation they meet.

Reading an organisation's digital landscape as the outside world does has been our ground for over 25 years (an unbiassed view, looking outside-in). In 2023 we launched the ARTYMUS III framework for AI and governance, and from that work created the AI Readiness Maturity Scale™, through which corporates benchmark where they stand, and how far they have moved. The platform built since is the shortcut to the answers: 187 agents looking behind AI, performing as many as 360,000 checks to continually monitor the AI Readiness score. It highlights where, what, and why to review, change, and update.

That understanding fuels the practical support we offer, and it is how the gap closes. For executives, insight that leaves them confident in their position. For SMEs, the knowledge to embrace AI and grow, carried through government and member agencies. For NEETs, meaningful education: skills to open real employment doors, a solid foundation, confidence in their own capability, a purpose they can follow.

The people and the group

1 team. 5 products.

Behind the dataset is a team that has spent 25 years assessing the web from the outside in. AAAnow is the group behind 5 products: together, the fundamentals, governance, and visibility of AI Readiness.

The evidence is automated. The judgement behind it is not.

Sitemorse

https://sitemorse.com (opens in a new tab)

Where the group began: 25 years of automated website assessment and monitoring, testing what organisations actually publish rather than what they believe they publish. The discipline, and much of the evidence base, behind everything that followed.

AAAtraq

https://aaatraq.com (opens in a new tab)

Identification and management of digital accessibility risk. AAAtraq grades an organisation's exposure, shows what to fix first, and keeps the position honest over time, protecting both the audience the content serves and the organisation publishing it.

AiCM

https://aicm.aaanow.ai (opens in a new tab)

Content governance for the PDF estate. AiCM discovers, converts, and manages PDFs at scale, for people and for AI: content that should never create barriers or liability, handled without the time, distraction, and cost of doing it by hand.

AiSC

Foundations readiness: the outside-in view this site describes. AiSC establishes where an organisation stands on AI readiness, graded against the AI Readiness maturity model, benchmarking the foundations first, so leadership holds an evidenced position on what AI actually sees.

Sentinel Availability August 2026

Visibility, continuously. Sentinel watches how AI systems find, read, and represent the organisation, and how that position moves, so drift is seen the day it starts rather than the day it costs something.

The system

A system, built over 25 years.

25 years of experience led us to build a system, not to sell time. AAAnow is the product of decades spent developing automated compliance services, refined check by check against real estates rather than assembled for a launch.

At the centre sits ARTYMUS, our content diagnostics engine: first launched in 2023, and since taken as the key AI Governance framework across everything we run.

ARTYMUS

The content diagnostics engine at the heart of the system. Launched in 2023, it now serves as the AI Governance framework all other components answer to.

KRATOS

The security module. It sits alongside each component, governing access and keeping checks, claims, and audit trails secure.

Continuous protection

Indexing, vendor checks, training, and risk assessment run without pause, with control, audit, and claims held in one place and content prioritisation and alerting monitoring throughout.

Parallel AI

2 engines run side by side: one for image control, one for text recognition. Parallel processing supports first-line checking at 16x performance, with both engines in ongoing training.

Infrastructure and resilience

Global infrastructure. Nothing crossed.

We don't talk a good game, and we do not believe in a fingers-crossed approach. The system runs across 5 continents: US (CA* and NY), Europe (DE), UK (MAN and LHR*), Asia (SG*), Australasia (PRT) and South Africa (JNB). Each data centre, bar PRT and CA, acts as secondary backup for the others. * Hot-swap.

That footprint carries 5.5 million checks a day. Clients rate support at 8.9 out of 10, averaged over the last 5 years, and we have held 100% on level I and level II time to response.

Last 90 days99.97%

Last 3 years99.91%

All time99.93%

So, what does that actually mean? Let's be real: it works out at about 4 seconds lost per month. For a couple of you, login will take 2 additional seconds (working hours). We can live with that; we suspect you can too.

The next step

Start with the private briefing.

The briefing sets the scope, the tier, and the price for your estate. 30 days later, the board holds a position it can evidence.

Questions

Questions about AAAnow.

The short answers, direct from the record.

Who is behind AAAnow?

The team behind Sitemorse and AAAtraq: 25 years of outside-in digital assessment, more than 119 million websites profiled, and an evidence base of 3.7 trillion data points. AI Readiness applies that history to the question organisations now face.

Why does an outside-in view matter?

Because that is the position AI reads from. Internal inventories describe what the organisation believes it presents; the outside-in view records what is actually there to be read, including the estate nobody remembers.

Is AAAnow independent?

Yes. The assessment carries no build, hosting or media interest in the estate it grades. What is reported is what is found.

Where does the work start?

With the landscape: understanding the estate before anything is fixed. The private briefing is the usual first conversation; the one-off audit is the usual first engagement.
