AI Readiness · Service

The service, an introduction.

What the service establishes, in what order, and what the organisation is given at each point.

01The service, the capabilities

AI Readiness is delivered as one service, run in one order: understand the position first, then improve it, then keep it improved. The work is built on 1 capability applied throughout, the unbiased outside → in view: what AI can find and repeat about the organisation, measured and reported on the AI Readiness Maturity Scale™.

The service runs from a single entry point to a continuous state. The one-off audit establishes the evidenced position. The Half-Day and Full-Day Workshops build organisation-wide understanding and agree priorities across functions. AI Accelerator turns that understanding into a 45-day programme of client-led improvement. AI Confidence then runs AI Readiness as a continuous service rather than a one-off exercise.

02Why you need this

AI already reads your organisation and repeats what it finds, to customers, regulators, partners and your own people. What it reads is far more than the website you manage: historic websites, old PDFs, superseded pages, campaign content and third-party sources all remain available, accumulating as Digital Debt long after their business purpose has passed.

Left unexamined, that environment is a risk: outdated, inaccurate or third-party material competes with the organisation’s authoritative information, and what AI reads is what it repeats. The exposure exists whether or not the organisation has an AI programme of its own.

03Why now

AI is moving into the front of how organisations are found, evaluated and chosen, and governance and compliance demands are growing with it. Meanwhile most AI investment is being layered on top of foundations nobody has examined: the information environment AI actually draws on.

The order matters. Foundations are established before further AI investment is built on them, and the earlier the position is understood, the less it compounds. Waiting does not hold the position; the estate keeps accumulating and AI keeps reading it.

04Why us

AAAnow brings 25 years of unbiased, outside → in assessment of organisations, through the group that includes Sitemorse. The outside → in view is not an adaptation of an internal tool; it is what the capability was built to do.

Time is now of the essence: staying competitive, and staying ahead of the compliance demands building around AI, both depend on the position being understood soon. There are realistically 3 routes to that understanding.

1 · Consultants

Bring in an external view and build a project around it. It takes considerable time to scope and staff, and in most cases the consultancy would come to a capability like ours to buy in the technology anyway: paying more, and waiting longer, for the same thing.

2 · An internal project

Organisations are limited on resource availability. Buying in AI capability is time-consuming in both the cost and the locating and managing of resources, and developing technology at this scale, this many agents working together, takes longer still.

3 · AAAnow

The route we offer: the technology is ready now, the reports are ready now, and the difference shows within a very short space of time.

That capability operates at scale today: 24 Digital Doorway agents examining AI access routes, and 187 AI Readiness agents performing up to 360,000 content reviews and checks, with the position measured and reported on the AI Readiness Maturity Scale™.

The working principle holds throughout: AAAnow does not make changes to the client website. The client makes agreed improvements with AAAnow guidance, so the understanding and the capability stay inside the organisation.
