AAAnow engages in ongoing efforts to ensure adherence with the requirements defined by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), specifically the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2.
The AAAnow website is independently monitored to help maintain compliance. The position against each individual criterion, as measured at the last review, is published in full in section 03 below.
02Alternative formats
Content contained within PDF documents can be provided in alternative formats to ensure access is available to as wide an audience as possible.
Both audio guides published on this site carry a complete written transcript: The Triad of Exposure and Scorecard for Sitemorse clients. Each transcript sets out each word of its recording and can be read, searched or printed. Nothing on this site plays audio without being asked, and no audio is the only way to reach any material.
Although AAAnow endeavors to meet the WCAG requirements, it is not always possible to do so in all areas of the website at all times, whether due to our reliance on third parties, or to technical or usability limitations.
03WCAG 2.2 AA position
Level A and AA criteria that this site can engage, each re-checked after the remediation completed on 21 August 2026, and again after the 2 audio transcripts were published on 23 August 2026, rather than at the start of the audit. 22 of the 25 now pass on measured evidence. Of the 3 that do not, 2 are partial because the check needs the live server or the rendered page, and 1 was not exercised in this pass.
