AI already forms its view of the organisation from far more than the website you manage. Over 45 days, AI Accelerator establishes the information foundations behind that view: the primary website put into practical focus, the wider Digital Landscape mapped and benchmarked, and current and planned AI projects connected to the information they depend upon.
01Understand the information environment behind AI
The primary website remains an important source of authoritative organisational information, but it does not operate in isolation. Historic websites, old PDFs, superseded pages, campaign content and forgotten publishing routes continue to accumulate as Digital Debt. That content can remain available long after its original business purpose has passed, becoming part of the wider information environment AI may encounter.
AI Accelerator helps the organisation understand its information infrastructure and content environment together. That means understanding where information exists, how it is published, how it is managed, which content carries greatest value, and how those information sources can influence AI Readiness and misinformation exposure.
It also gives leadership a clearer view of the conversation developing around the organisation, including where authoritative information competes with outdated, inaccurate or third-party material.
02Build organisation-wide understanding
AI Readiness cannot remain understood by one technical or digital team alone. AI Accelerator brings executives, senior management and digital leadership into the work through the established Half-Day and Full-Day Workshops.
Participants develop a shared understanding of AI Readiness, misinformation exposure, the outside → in position, Digital Landscape mapping and the information foundations affecting current AI activity. The sessions are built around participation rather than presentation.
Teams begin mapping their own Digital Landscape, identify where information may have been published, consider how wider landscape knowledge should be gathered, and explore how future Digital Debt can be controlled. They also begin identifying current and planned AI activity and the information those projects depend upon.
The result is practical organisational knowledge that can be used throughout the remaining 45 days and beyond.
03Put the primary website into practical focus
The primary website provides the detailed working focus for AI Accelerator. The organisation establishes its AI Readiness position, AI Misinformation Exposure and Digital Doorway position, then understands what is materially affecting those areas and which priorities deserve attention.
AI Readiness is assessed across Foundations, Governance and Visibility, with the resulting position measured and reported on the AI Readiness Maturity Scale™.
The working principle
AAAnow does not make changes to the client website.
The client makes agreed website improvements with AAAnow guidance, so the understanding and the capability stay inside the organisation.
Weekly reviews examine the client's website updates, agreed deliverables, Digital Landscape mapping progress and AI programme data collection.
This gives the organisation an opportunity to address priorities during the 45 days, rather than finishing with an assessment that only describes where it started.
04Build the Digital Landscape position
Alongside the primary website, AI Accelerator continues the Digital Landscape work started during the workshops. The organisation develops a clearer picture of what has gone online, where information exists, how it is managed, and where historic or unmanaged content continues to form part of its external information environment.
The programme also provides a top-level benchmark across up to 100 key organisational websites, extending the view beyond the primary website.
The objective is not an inventory for its own sake. The value comes from giving leadership a benchmarked Digital Landscape position, greater organisational awareness and clearer priorities for what deserves attention.
05Understand the information behind current AI projects
Current AI projects can depend upon information from many different environments. AI Accelerator maps current and planned AI projects against the information they rely upon, including websites, intranets, PDFs, documents, internal information sources and wider external sources.
This gives leadership a clearer view of which projects depend upon which information foundations, and where those dependencies deserve further attention.
Why the dependencies matter
To date, 9 out of 10 AI projects have failed.
Weak or misunderstood information foundations may have contributed to some of those failures, making the information being consumed an important part of understanding current AI investment. Read the analysis.
The objective is not to reassess the AI technology itself. It is to identify avoidable information issues that could affect confidence, delivery, investment or project success.
06Strengthen control of the conversation
Organisations want greater influence over what AI says about them and how they are perceived. That begins with understanding what AI can find, what it may be missing or misunderstanding, and how authoritative organisational information sits alongside wider third-party material.
AI Accelerator also considers where inaccurate, deliberately misleading or malicious information could influence that wider content environment. This includes the growing issue of content poisoning, where external information may be used deliberately to undermine an organisation or distort how systems interpret it.
The objective is mitigation rather than an unrealistic promise of absolute control. AI Accelerator helps strengthen authoritative organisational information, improve the routes towards accurate interpretation and reduce the opportunity for unmanaged information to define the conversation.
07What the organisation comes out with
The value is not another collection of reports.
An improved primary website position
The organisation understands its starting position, identifies the priorities that matter and makes agreed improvements during the 45 days with AAAnow guidance.
A benchmarked Digital Landscape position
Leadership gains a materially clearer understanding of the wider organisational information environment and where Digital Debt or unmanaged content deserves attention.
Organisation-wide understanding of AI Readiness
Executives, senior management and digital leadership share a clearer understanding of the outside → in view, misinformation exposure and the information foundations affecting AI.
A structured view of current AI projects
The organisation develops a record of current and planned AI activity, together with the websites, intranets, PDFs, documents and wider information those projects depend upon.
Publishing and content management for AI
Teams understand how publishing practices and content management increasingly need to accommodate AI as another important consumer of organisational information.
Greater influence over the conversation
Leadership gains a clearer view of authoritative information, third-party influence, misinformation exposure and where greater control can be established.
Clearer priorities for AI acceleration
The organisation finishes with solid foundations, practical improvements, stronger organisational knowledge and a clearer basis for progressing AI with confidence.
08The capability behind the work
AI Accelerator combines organisation-wide working with outside → in assessment capability developed to operate at scale.
Digital Doorway · 24 agents
Examines relevant AI access routes and establish whether important organisational information can be reached through those routes.
AI Readiness · 187 agents
Performs up to 360,000 content reviews and checks across Foundations, Governance and Visibility, with the position reported on the AI Readiness Maturity Scale™.
AI Misinformation Exposure
Applies proprietary AAAnow analysis to identify where organisational information is more likely to be missed, misunderstood or inaccurately interpreted.
Secure Tag
Available within the programme, subject to client deployment, supporting authoritative organisational information and stronger control over AI-facing content.
Machine-readable content
Prioritised machine-readable content work can also address high-value information and PDFs where machine interpretation requires additional attention.
The technology supports the programme. The value comes from what the organisation understands, improves and can act upon.
09The 45 days, and the investment
The 45 days combine organisation-wide education, detailed work around the primary website, continued Digital Landscape mapping, current AI-project dependency mapping, client-led improvement and weekly review.
The investment is £24,500 for the 45-day programme.
10Where AI Confidence follows
AI Confidence takes what has been learned through AI Accelerator and applies it across the wider Digital Landscape. It extends content review and lays the foundations for the next stage, content governance.
