Digital agencies · THE AGENCY GROWTH SUBSCRIPTION

The Agency growth subscription.Your 'revenue wedge'.

What we do is the Agency growth subscription. AAAnow reads the organisations you serve from the outside in, the view AI takes, and shows where each one stands. The agency takes that understanding to the client.

The product is the revenue wedge: the client's position, set out in plain terms for the people who answer for it. It opens a conversation with the board before a proposal, before a fix and before a platform, and the work that follows is the client's to set.

The briefing is 20 minutes, private and by invitation, and brings 2 questions into the open for the clients you serve: is the organisation fit for AI visibility, and are its directors and officers becoming increasingly, and unnecessarily, exposed as AI grows?

Planning 2027

What is being asked in planning 2027.

Agency leaders are bringing 5 questions to the 2027 plan: where growth comes from, which clients stay, and what the agency is paid for. Each one leads back to what AI sees of the client.

  1. Where does the next client come from?

The door has moved. Already 11% of agencies count AI search as a source of leads, and 94% of B2B buyers call AI an important source in how they decide. The next client has been told who you are before you have heard their name.

From the sources listed at the foot of this page.

  2. Are the clients I have still mine?

Last year, 65.3% of agencies saw work go in-house, explained as cost, speed, control and integration: a client reaching for its own position. Show it that position and you become the way it gets there.

From the sources listed at the foot of this page.

  3. Can I prove AI, or only talk about it?

When choosing an agency, 9 in 10 clients rate AI skills critical or very important, and 9 in 10 agency leaders believe AI threatens their main revenue. Both come down to demonstrating it rather than describing it, and 48% of agencies cannot yet track a customer who found the client through AI.

From the sources listed at the foot of this page.

  4. What do I stand for?

Agencies that narrowed what they do grew 13% and held 30% net margins. And 82% of clients want their agency to do more to get the customer heard at the board. The client is telling you which room to be in.

From the sources listed at the foot of this page.

  5. Is the model still paying?

On fees, 66% of clients agree the way agencies charge undervalues the work, and 3 in 10 expect to pay less because of AI. Worth more, paid less. That gap closes when the conversation moves from hours to what the client's board answers for.

From the sources listed at the foot of this page.

Our answer

The 1 question underneath.

Your clients are found, chosen and described by AI, and businesses now rank AI errors and misinformation as their leading risk. What AI repeats becomes the organisation's answer, and the people accountable answer for it.

Today, 16% of brands track what AI says about them. The other 84% are answering for something they have never read.

The agency that understands this walks in with something rare: the client's own exposure, mapped, in plain terms, for the people who carry it. That conversation happens with the board. It is about confidence, about being found first and described correctly, and about what the directors answer for. It is new value, and it is yours to open.

Start by showing the client where it stands. Before a proposal, before a fix, before a platform. Put that in front of the people who answer for it, and let them set the work. A client that can see its position can lead with AI and take the advantage. One that cannot is held back by compliance and misinformation it has never seen. Showing them is worth more to the client, to you, and to the people the client serves.

Example use cases

Where the revenue wedge opens the work.

Set against the 5 questions of planning 2027, these 9 examples start the same way: the client sees where it stands, and the board sets the work. What changes is where the agency's growth comes from.

How we work

From the first call to the commercials.

The 6 stages are set out below: what happens, and who it rests with, so you know how we work with an agency before you ask for the call.

  1. You · with the form alongsidewith the form below

    Stage 1. Schedule the briefing.

Request a time with the form on this page. We read each request, and confirm the call personally, with a Microsoft Teams invitation to the address you provide.

  2. You

Stage 2. Complete the Q&A we share.

Ahead of the call, we send a short set of questions about the agency, the clients you have in mind and what they are asking. Your answers shape the 20 minutes, so the call starts with the clients you serve.

  3. Together

    Stage 3. The briefing call.

The call runs 20 minutes on the questions your clients bring: the evidence, the method and what AI sees of the organisations you serve. Then open discussion, covering your questions for as long as they run.

  4. For qualifying agencies

    AAAnow

Stage 4. A first look at a client, and an AI position report.

With your client's agreement, we take a first look at their landscape from the outside, as AI finds it, and set out where they stand in an AI position report: what AI can reach, what it reads, and where its picture departs from their own.

  5. Together

Stage 5. The position, ready for your client.

We walk through the position summary with you, ready for the conversation with your client: what it shows for their visibility in AI and for their directors and officers, and where the agency's work makes the difference.

  6. AAAnow

    Stage 6. Commercials.

We share the commercials, set against what the position showed, so the decision rests on evidence. The work itself begins with AI Discovery.

In the room

What is said in the room stays in the room.

The call spends 20 minutes on evidence and method, then opens to discussion. The material is prepared for the call and kept to limited distribution, so the conversation about your clients can be direct.

What we do

The Agency growth subscription, led by the revenue wedge.

AI is the defining opportunity of a generation, and we believe its advantage belongs to everybody. Understanding is what makes that advantage real. AAAnow reads an organisation from the outside in, the view AI takes, and shows where it stands. Agencies take that understanding to their clients. What AI reads, it repeats.
