{ORG NAME}

Add the sites you know.

Help AI find and represent us correctly.

You know your corner of the organisation better than anyone, which means you know about sites the central team may never see. AI already answers questions about us from whatever it finds online, so what it finds needs to be ours, current, and right. Any website you are aware of please add, because that one step is the whole of the ask.

A public site that no one has flagged is still found by AI, and it gets represented without anyone here able to check it. When you add that site, someone finally can, and the site you know about becomes a site the organisation knows about.

Why this matters

Unknown to us. Read by AI.

41% of an organisation's digital footprint is unknown to its own digital team.

P&C / Sitemorse risk profiling,
2017 to 2023, covering more than 119 million websites.

79% of misinformation or misrepresentation has the organisation's own online position as its root cause.

AAAnow Research, Dec. 2023 to Jan. 2026; P&C (human misinformation) 2014 to 2023.

Questions

Questions before you add a site.

Everything a contributor tends to ask.

Why am I being asked to add sites?

Because the organisation's own people are the best first source of the estate. Sites are launched by teams, agencies and campaigns over years; central records rarely keep up. Recording what you know, even without owning it, is how the picture becomes complete.

What should I add?

Any web address connected to the organisation: microsites, campaign pages, event sites, regional variants, tools, old initiatives. If you are unsure whether it counts, add it; classification happens after collection, and duplicates are merged.

What happens to what I submit?

Each address joins the collection with your note of ownership, is checked, and is graded against the AI Readiness maturity model with the rest of the estate. Contributions are visible to the digital team and the executive through limited, secure access.

Do I need an account or any technical knowledge?

No. The route is deliberately simple: the address, what you know about it, and who might own it. It takes about a minute per site.
