AI Discovery helps you answer two key questions. It starts from an understanding of where you are today, and how solid that ground is.

01Fit for AI visibility, and the exposure that follows.

Fit for AI visibility

Customers, investors and buyers act on what AI tells them about the organisation. 79% of misinformation or misrepresentation has the organisation’s own online position as its root cause.1

Where AI is turned away at the digital doorway, it answers from third-party and historic material instead. Where it reads content that is out of date, it repeats it as current. A competitor read more accurately is then put forward in the organisation’s place.

Directors and officers

Where what AI repeats breaches legal duties, the consequences can include enforcement, compensation claims and personal liability for directors or officers.

The obligations in play span GDPR, the EU AI Act, ISO standards, reporting regulations and safety standards. The exposure is unnecessary because it comes from the organisation’s own published material. Evidence that the business has acted is what mitigates it.

02What AI Discovery is.

AI Discovery establishes where your organisation stands in what AI reads, and what has to be decided before the work of acceleration begins.

It is an AI readiness assessment of up to 5 of your websites, read from outside in with a program run over 3 weeks. It comes first in our service line, ahead of AI Accelerator and AI Confidence.

The organisation gains three things.

Confidence

You know what AI reads of you, and hold a primary online position you can stand behind.

Compliance

Exposure is understood before it constrains what comes next.

Advantage

Held while others are still working out why AI misreads them.

03Who takes part.

AI Discovery summary is for the CEO, or the executive holding AI, brand and commercial position, including the head of AI.

The people the decisions cross take part: marketing, digital, legal, risk and compliance.

04What is assessed.

AI Discovery reads up to 5 of your websites from outside in. Where the primary website is larger, they can be its sub-domains or key sections; the choice is yours.

Position

Where each website stands on the AI Readiness Maturity Scale™.

The digital doorway

Whether AI is let in, challenged, or turned away. Measured live on the day by up to 24 agents, across 4 people routes and 15 AI routes; each route records 1 of 4 outcomes: served, challenged but retained a route, turned away, or no reply.

What holds readiness back

Found across the website, PDFs included.

05How it runs: the 3 weeks.

AI Discovery runs over 3 weeks, from the assessment to the agreed breakdown of tasks.

  1. Week 1
    Client site assessment and review.
  2. Week 2
    Results presentation, 1 hour.
  3. Week 3
Online Q&A session, 3 hours: tasks broken down against what is important to deal with, what is not understood, and what is not considered to be in scope.

06What the organisation receives.

The organisation receives a report showing what is key to deal with, taken through in 2 sessions.

The report

System output detailing the top 37 pages and 5 PDFs that need attention, mapped against website profiling of 128 to 139 priority or key pages, by consumption and value.

The results presentation

Two off; 1 hour each, in week 2 (main website and summary of additional addresses).

The online Q&A session

3 hours, in week 3, breaking tasks down against what is important to deal with, what is not understood, and what is not considered to be in remediation scope.

07The outcome.

On leaving AI Discovery

The organisation has its position evidenced, the right people around it, the value understood, and the decisions made before acceleration begins.

Remediation belongs to the AI Accelerator. Remediation runs on decisions, and those decisions cross marketing, digital, legal, risk and compliance. Decisions taken during the Accelerator’s 6 weeks consume the 6 weeks.

AI Discovery gets those decisions made, the people together, and the value understood, so the Accelerator arrives to ground that holds. What the organisation agrees in the week 3 session passes to AI Accelerator.
